I feel very blessed to have 2 homes go sale pending this week! The first home (blue) is for a buyer client in Sumas! They were able to beat out other offers & are so excited to be pending! The second home was for my listing in Everson that we listed on Friday! We got multiple offers over the weekend and officially went pending on Monday!
