Above is the statistics for Lynden during the month of August. As you can see, it was once again a Sellers’ Market. For sale’s increased 6.3% from July, Solds also increased by 47% from last month. To see the price per sq. foot click here.

Above is the statistics for Bellingham during the month of August. Bellingham is also currently a Sellers’ Market. Solds increased by 9% over last month and Pending’s decreased by about 12% since July. For the price per sq foot graph click here.

I’m sure most of you have heard how HOT the current housing market it is. I know I have been telling my clients that if you are even thinking about selling now is the time to do it. Proof is in the numbers though so below I have the graphs that show the active listings, pendings and solds for both the Bellingham and Lynden markets.

June For Sales have gone up 17.5% since May, Sold: 9..5% and Pended: 9%. It is currently a sellers market.

LYNDEN:

Buyers want to see what your home looks like before they decide to visit. They need visual images in order to imagine themselves living there. Detailed descriptions further catch a potential buyer’s attention to your home.

Yard Sign:
