Amazing Staging Before & Afters at 815 Meadowlark Dr

815 Meadowlark Dr, Lynden is already pending but I still wanted to share with you the Before & After pics from staging this home. It was vacant when we started. Sometimes a complete blank slate is exciting but can also be overwhelming when you have to start from scratch. Thankfully, we had a vision and were able to see it come through. The home owner was a wood-worker and had added lots of great touches throughout including that beautiful wood plank wall in the living room.

I’m loving how this one turned out! The staging made the spaces make sense & turn this house into a home! This home had plenty of showings and ended up with multiple offers.

My newest listing in Bellingham on Racine St has to be, hands down, one of my favorite before & afters! I met the current owner a few months ago, we discussed what items should be finished and other projects that aren’t necessary to get the top dollar for her home. She did an amazing job at getting her home prepped! I came alongside her and helped get the windows cleaned, professional landscaping, staging & professional pictures completed!

I’m so proud to say that after LOTS of showings we were able to pend her home in just 5 short days!

I just wanted to share a couple Before & After Pictures on one of my most recent listings! Staging is such an essential part to any listing. It doesn’t matter if it is lived in, gorgeous home or an empty brand new construction! Just by clearing off counters, making the space bright & inviting as well as using a professional photographer can make all the difference! This is a service I provide to all of my clients. As well as hiring a professional photographer for pictures. I also stay during the duration of pictures to make sure we are getting the best angles & features of the home. All of this comes FREE to my customers.
